Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team. The telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers over the phone to inform them about products, services, or campaigns, or to collect feedback, gather leads, or conduct follow-ups.
This role demands strong communication skills, patience, persistence, and a customer-oriented approach. You should be able to handle rejections, resolve queries, and maintain a positive tone in every call. Whether you're supporting sales, marketing, customer service, or collections, your ability to connect with people over the phone will be crucial.

Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads.

Deliver scripted or customized information to promote products, services, offers, or campaigns.

Understand customer needs, interests, and objections, and respond accordingly.

Generate qualified leads and transfer them to the appropriate department if required.
2. Inbound Call Handling:

Handle incoming calls from customers with inquiries, complaints, or requests.

Provide product/service details clearly and resolve customer concerns quickly.

Route complex calls to relevant departments when necessary.
3. Follow-Ups and Database Management:

Call back customers who have shown interest or requested a callback.

Follow up on previous calls, incomplete inquiries, or potential leads.

Maintain and update the customer database accurately with call details, responses, and outcomes.
4. Customer Engagement:

Build rapport with customers to foster trust and long-term association.

Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities during calls.

Collect customer feedback for product or service improvement.
5. Reporting and Coordination:

Submit daily call logs, lead reports, and feedback summaries to supervisors.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, or operations teams for lead processing or issue resolution.

Attend team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews as required.
