Job Description

We are interested in hiring dedicated and hardworking individuals as a Telecaller preferably with fluency in Hindi or English along with one South Indian language. 
Your main goal is to contact clients from our database, generate leads and then schedule meeting. 

Responsibilities: 
1. Answering phones and explaining our services to prospective customers. 
2. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. 
3. Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements. 
4. Maintaining database of clients and taking their feedback. 
5. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
6. Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
7. Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
8. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
