Job Description: Telecaller (Female Candidates Only)
Location: Vizag
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Telecaller to connect with students, parents, and college administrators to promote our educational programs. The primary responsibility is to call prospective students and their parents, explain our college offerings, and drive admissions while also scheduling appointments for demo sessions in Intermediate Colleges.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to students, parents, and college representatives.
Provide information about our college, courses, admission process, and benefits.
Address queries from students and parents regarding admissions.
Follow up with leads to encourage enrollment.
Fix appointments for the sales team to conduct demo sessions at colleges.
Maintain a database of potential students and college contacts.
Meet daily/weekly call and admission targets.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, sales, or counseling (education sector preferred).

Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English.
Persuasive, confident, and good at handling objections.
Ability to explain educational programs clearly and convincingly.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software, email).
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
