Job Description
Fresher telecaller to generate leads and enquiries for interested customers who require.
Handle customer's calls. Solving queries, telling them about products services
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Minimum Requirement:
Good Communication Skills
Good Problem-solving skills over the call
High energy level
The closing will initially be done by seniors
The incentives and bonus is given only on closures
Database will be provided and training will be provided
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling
-
Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential customers or leads provided by the company.

Introduce the company’s products or services, explain features and benefits, and answer customer queries.

Generate interest in the product/service and set up appointments, product demonstrations, or direct sales.
2. Inbound Call Handling
-
Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner (if applicable).

Resolve customer queries, provide accurate information, and offer solutions as needed.

Escalate complex queries or complaints to the appropriate department or supervisor.
3. Sales & Lead Generation
-
Identify and qualify potential leads through phone conversations.
-
Convert prospects into customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, appointments scheduled, or sales closed.
4. Customer Relationship Management
-
Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Build rapport through active listening, empathy, and clear communication.

Gather feedback and relay customer concerns to relevant departments for further action.
5. Data Management
-
Maintain and update customer databases, call logs, and follow-up schedules accurately in CRM or Excel sheets.

Record details of customer interactions, feedback, and the outcome of calls.

Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in line with company policies and regulations.
6. Script Adherence and Compliance
-
Follow pre-approved calling scripts and sales pitches where required.

Adhere to the company’s code of conduct, telemarketing policies, and regulatory compliance (e.g., DND list, privacy laws).

Handle rejections and objections tactfully while maintaining professionalism.
7. Follow-Ups
-
Conduct timely follow-up calls or messages to nurture leads or close pending deals.

Remind customers about scheduled appointments, payment due dates, product deliveries, or renewals.
8. Reporting
-
Submit daily and weekly call reports to supervisors.

Share insights and customer feedback to help improve service offerings or marketing approaches.

Participate in team meetings and performance reviews to align on goals and strategies.
