A successful Telecaller must be persuasive, patient, and customer-centric, with the ability to handle rejections professionally and meet performance targets consistently.
This position plays a vital role in connecting the business with its target audience, supporting marketing campaigns, and contributing to customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
