Job Description

Required Urgent basis Fresher Telecaller

Job Summary:

The Telecaller is responsible for initiating telephone conversations with prospective or existing customers to promote the organization’s products or services, resolve queries, provide information, or generate sales leads. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining call records, and ensuring a positive customer interaction. A successful Telecaller must be persuasive, patient, and customer-centric, with the ability to handle rejections professionally and meet performance targets consistently.

This position plays a vital role in connecting the business with its target audience, supporting marketing campaigns, and contributing to customer satisfaction and revenue growth.


Handle customer's  calls. Solving queries, telling them about products services 
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives 
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Minimum Requirement:
Good Communication Skills 
Good Problem-solving skills over the call
High energy level
