Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and well-spoken Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introducing products or services, and generating interest to support sales or service targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle rejections while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Whether you're reaching out to generate leads, provide information, follow up on inquiries, or offer support, you will be a vital part of the organization’s customer engagement strategy. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, have a persuasive nature, and are driven to achieve performance goals.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
