Job Title: BPO Executive
Job Summary:
The BPO Executive is responsible for handling customer interactions through calls, emails, or chat, ensuring high-quality service and timely resolution of customer queries. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, process adherence, and achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems

Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks

Follow company policies, scripts, and process guidelines

Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required

Ensure customer satisfaction and first-call resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language as required)

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Good listening and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in shifts (day/night/rotational)
