Telecaller Job Description :
- Attend to Inbound Calls, provide the details of the company products and services
- Make Outbound Calls and Generate quality leads
- Assign the quality leads to the sales team
- Tracking and monitoring the assigned leads to sales team - for conversion status
- Updating the status of assigned leads to sales team
- Churning the leads for further quality leads
- Generate reports of the call management - lead management
Desired Candidate:
10th/12th/Graduate with good command over English, target oriented and have analytical skills to convert the calls to sales leads.
