Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Follow-ups:

Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or generated leads.

Explain project details, property features, location benefits, and pricing to interested customers.

Identify client needs and recommend suitable property options.

Follow up consistently on leads to nurture interest and push them further along the sales funnel.
Client Coordination:

Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.

Confirm appointments and coordinate between clients and property consultants.

Handle incoming calls and respond to basic inquiries related to projects.
CRM & Database Management:

Update and maintain client interaction details in the CRM system.

Track lead status and report on follow-ups, conversions, and customer feedback.

Maintain organized records of calls, inquiries, and appointments.
Sales Support & Communication:

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and campaign goals.

Share brochures, project videos, location maps, and pricing sheets with prospects.

Assist in cold calling for new project launches or promotional events.
