Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and online research.
Product Promotion: Explain and promote products/services to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
Sales Conversion: Persuade potential customers to purchase products/services and achieve sales targets.
Follow-up: Follow up on leads and prospects to ensure high conversion rates.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Graduates or under graduates both are eligible.
Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant voice.
Persuasion Skills: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Customer Service: Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Language Skills: Proficiency in the primary language of communication; additional language skills are a plus.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
