Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling
-
Call potential or existing customers to inform them about the company’s products or services using scripts.

Make a minimum number of outbound calls per day as defined by the team leader or manager.

Generate interest and set up appointments or follow-up meetings for field sales executives.

Follow up with prospects who have shown interest previously or have been contacted through marketing campaigns.
2. Inbound Call Handling
-
Receive inbound calls from current or potential customers and provide information as required.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.

Redirect calls to relevant departments when necessary and ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
3. Lead Management
-
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate details of interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up actions.

Qualify leads by assessing the interest level and potential for conversion.

Record all customer conversations and report feedback to supervisors for service improvement.
4. Customer Engagement
-
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing professional and courteous service.

Handle customer complaints or queries with patience and a problem-solving attitude.

Encourage repeat business by informing customers about offers, new services, or follow-up on satisfaction.
5. Sales and Promotion
-
Promote the company’s products and services in a persuasive and informative manner.

Achieve assigned monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, or sales conversions.

Cross-sell or upsell products based on customer needs and eligibility.
6. Documentation and Reporting
-
Maintain call logs, call sheets, and reports of daily activity.

Prepare summary reports for managers detailing calls made, conversions achieved, and unresolved issues.

Provide market and customer feedback that can be used to improve products or strategies.
