Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, schedule appointments, or provide customer support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a polite and confident telephone manner, and a strong desire to achieve targets.
The Telecaller will play a key role in expanding the customer base, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring a high standard of service in all interactions. Whether your focus is sales, support, or lead generation, your ability to connect with customers over the phone will be essential to the success of the business.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
