Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services.
Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries and issues.
Promote via phone, providing the right information.
Follow up with leads
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data.
Work towards meeting individual and team sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure a positive customer experience through friendly approach
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling and Lead Generation:

Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential or existing customers using an automated or manual dialer system.

Explain the company’s products, services, or offers clearly and persuasively to generate interest.

Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.

Maintain a database of leads and prospects and update call details in CRM or spreadsheets.
Inbound Call Handling:

Answer incoming calls promptly and assist callers with queries or issues.

Provide product or service-related information to resolve customer concerns.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Sales and Conversion:

Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales, appointments, or registrations.

Negotiate and close deals over the phone where applicable.

Maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services to pitch effectively.

Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales or conversion targets.
Customer Service and Relationship Building:

Build rapport with customers to encourage long-term relationships.

Handle objections and complaints with patience and professionalism.

Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.

Provide post-sales or follow-up support as needed.
Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, feedback, outcomes, and next steps.

Prepare call reports and share them with the supervisor or sales team.

Track the performance of campaigns and suggest improvements.
Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with the sales, marketing, or operations teams for campaign alignment.

Participate in team meetings, briefings, and training sessions to improve calling techniques.
