We are looking for energetic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound or inbound calls to potential or existing customers, introducing them to our products or services, and generating interest or sales.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling (Sales/Marketing Roles):

Call prospective customers from leads or cold data provided.

Promote products or services such as credit cards, insurance, loans, courses, or subscriptions.

Explain the product features, offers, and pricing in a convincing manner.

Generate interest, schedule appointments, or close sales over the phone.
2. Inbound Call Handling (Support Roles):

Answer customer queries and provide information about services, orders, or issues.

Handle complaints and try to resolve them efficiently or escalate when needed.

Maintain a polite and professional tone throughout the interaction.
3. Lead Management:

Follow up with prospects who showed initial interest.

Convert warm leads into active customers through follow-up and re-engagement.

Maintain proper call records in the CRM or Google Sheet with status updates.
4. Coordination with Teams:

Collaborate with sales executives, team leaders, or field staff for appointment scheduling.

Share feedback from customers and help improve service delivery.

Report daily performance to the supervisor and participate in team meetings.
