Job Description
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.
- Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
- Computer literate.
- Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
- Superb verbal communication.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers using provided data or leads.

Pitch the company’s products or services and explain features and benefits clearly.

Convince customers to schedule appointments, attend demos, or make purchases.
2. Inbound Support (if applicable):
-
Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries or support needs.

Handle queries regarding product/service details, pricing, or availability.

Direct customers to the right department or person if further assistance is required.
3. Lead Generation and Conversion:

Generate qualified leads and follow up with interested customers.

Maintain a pipeline of prospects and convert leads into confirmed sales or bookings.

Update CRM with call notes, outcomes, and status for each lead or customer.
4. Customer Interaction and Follow-up:

Build rapport with customers and provide a pleasant calling experience.

Follow up with customers who have shown interest or need additional information.

Handle rejections or objections professionally and find alternative solutions if needed.
5. Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and customer details.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly calling reports to supervisors or managers.
-
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, or support team to improve outreach strategies.
