Job Description
Telecaller position is open for immediate hiring
Responsibilities:- Making calls to potential customers
- Explaining company services and products
- Maintaining daily call records
- Submitting daily progress reports
- 12th grade or higher education
- Fluent communication skills in the local language
- Basic computer skills
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling

Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to prospective or existing customers using a prepared script or call guide.

Introduce the company’s products or services to potential customers and explain benefits in a clear, compelling manner.

Generate leads, set appointments, or convert prospects into clients depending on the campaign or sales target.
Inbound Call Handling
-
Answer incoming customer calls professionally and promptly.

Respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, and redirect calls to the appropriate departments if necessary.

Resolve minor complaints and issues on the first call and escalate complex problems to supervisors.
Customer Relationship and Follow-up

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs and concerns courteously.

Follow up on leads, customer inquiries, or service feedback as part of ongoing outreach and retention efforts.

Maintain a polite, helpful, and customer-centric approach throughout all interactions.
Database Management and Reporting

Update CRM systems or call logs with customer information, responses, and outcomes of calls.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call results, and any relevant notes for future reference.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activity, lead generation, or conversions.
Sales and Target Achievement

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets as set by the team lead or sales manager.

Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities during calls, and inform customers about promotions or special offers.

Participate in incentive-based campaigns and contribute to overall team performance goals.
Teamwork and Communication

Collaborate with fellow team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments to share feedback and improve scripts or customer approaches.

Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.

Communicate effectively with team leaders regarding customer feedback, challenges, or system issues.
