Job Description
We are looking for a Telecaller with strong communication and persuasive skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle customer interactions professionally, explain products or services effectively, and convert leads into successful sales. Patience, problem-solving abilities, and basic computer knowledge are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.

Explain offerings clearly, highlight key benefits, and generate interest among potential clients.

Qualify leads, schedule follow-ups, and maintain consistent communication.
2. Inbound Call Handling

Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Provide accurate product or service information to help customers make informed decisions.

Record customer needs and escalate unresolved concerns to the relevant department.
3. Sales & Persuasion
-
Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective communication strategies.

Cross-sell and upsell products wherever applicable.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.

Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism to retain client trust.
5. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM software or internal systems.

Prepare daily and weekly reports on call performance and target achievements.

Update customer databases and ensure data accuracy.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages.

Ability to persuade customers and explain products confidently.

Excellent listening and negotiation abilities.
2. Technical & Computer Skills
-
Basic knowledge of MS Office, data entry, and typing.

Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems is an added advantage.

Ability to handle rejection positively and remain motivated.
