Job Description
Designation: -Telecaller
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling
-
Call prospective customers from a prepared list or CRM system to introduce products or services.

Generate leads by initiating conversations, identifying needs, and creating interest in the company’s offerings.

Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for sales representatives, if required.
-
Follow up with prospects who have shown interest in previous campaigns or marketing efforts.
2. Inbound Support
-
Answer incoming calls from customers and address inquiries about products, services, pricing, or availability.
-
Resolve issues or complaints by providing accurate information or escalating to the relevant department.
-
Provide after-sales support and ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase or service experience.
3. Customer Relationship Management
-
Maintain and update customer information in databases and CRM tools accurately.
-
Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
-
Identify customer feedback and relay useful insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
4. Sales and Conversion
-
Persuade customers to purchase products or services by highlighting benefits and addressing concerns.
-
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.

Handle objections professionally and attempt to convert uninterested prospects into buyers.
5. Record Keeping and Reporting
-
Maintain call logs, conversation summaries, and customer responses for record-keeping and analysis.

Submit daily or weekly performance reports to supervisors, including call metrics and sales outcomes.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
