Job Description
- Speak clearly and articulately with a friendly tone to keep the listener engaged.
- Pay close attention to understand customer needs, emotions, and concerns to offer appropriate solutions.
- Be comfortable with data entry, record-keeping, and using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Efficiently manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and call targets within tight time frames.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Communication

Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls to engage with potential and existing customers.

Speak clearly, confidently, and persuasively while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.

Understand customer requirements, listen actively, and address their queries effectively.

Build positive relationships and enhance customer satisfaction through excellent service.
2. Lead Generation & Sales Support

Generate leads by reaching out to potential customers and introducing products or services.

Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into confirmed sales or appointments.

Assist the sales team by scheduling meetings and updating client requirements.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Accurately update customer details, call logs, and interaction records in the CRM system.

Maintain up-to-date databases for leads, prospects, and customer information.

Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a structured approach to customer engagement.
4. Problem-Solving & Query Handling

Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.

Stay updated on product knowledge to answer queries confidently.

Resolve complaints quickly to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain records of calls, lead status, and daily activities.

Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with the team leader or manager.

Collaborate with the sales and operations teams for better process efficiency.
