Job Description
Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential leads, clients, or students for marketing or follow-ups.
Inbound Calls Handling: Answer incoming inquiries and provide relevant information.
Lead Conversion: Persuade prospects to visit the office, register, or avail of services.
Database Management: Maintain and update client/student databases regularly.
Follow-up Calls: Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects to ensure closures.
Achieve Targets: Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets set by the management.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling and Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to prospects based on provided data or self-sourced leads.

Explain products, services, or promotional offers to potential customers.

Convince prospects to book appointments, attend demos, or purchase services.

Generate interest and gather relevant information to qualify leads.

Record all customer interactions and lead information accurately.
Inbound Call Handling:

Respond to inbound customer calls, resolve basic queries, and redirect complex concerns to appropriate departments.

Maintain a professional tone and adhere to call scripts when required.
Customer Service and Relationship Building:

Build rapport with customers through clear, courteous, and confident communication.

Provide accurate information and guidance on company products or services.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, or offer after-sales support.
Database and CRM Management:

Update and maintain customer records in internal CRM systems or Excel sheets.

Ensure that all call details, remarks, outcomes, and follow-up dates are recorded correctly.

Regularly verify and update outdated or incorrect customer information.
Target Achievement and Reporting:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Work towards team goals for lead generation, sales, or customer satisfaction.

Provide daily call reports, lead status updates, and feedback to supervisors.
Coordination and Collaboration:

Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, or support teams to ensure smooth follow-through on leads or customer queries.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding customer feedback or concerns.
