Job Description
Identifying and following up with leads to generate sales or schedule appointments for sales teams
Key Responsibilities:
1. Making Outbound Calls:

Initiate calls to potential customers (leads) or existing customers to promote and sell products or services.

Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly and persuasively.

Follow up with leads or existing customers to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
2. Handling Inbound Calls:
-
Respond to inbound calls from customers who inquire about products, services, or promotions.

Address customer queries, provide information, and assist with order placement or service requests.

Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring satisfaction.
3. Sales Generation:
-
Identify sales opportunities and promote products or services according to the company’s offerings.

Use persuasive communication techniques to encourage customers to make purchasing decisions.

Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets and goals.
4. Customer Data Management:
-
Accurately maintain customer records and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems with information about leads, calls, and sales.

Track customer interactions, monitor feedback, and provide updates to supervisors and management.

Ensure the correct entry of contact information and customer preferences to assist in follow-up communications.
5. Lead Qualification and Conversion:

Qualify leads based on customer needs and company offerings.

Convert leads into sales by understanding customer requirements and recommending appropriate products or services.

Follow up with leads and potential customers to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.
6. Providing Information and Assistance:

Provide customers with up-to-date product or service information, including pricing, benefits, and availability.

Assist customers in troubleshooting issues, product inquiries, or issues related to previous orders or services.

Guide customers through purchasing decisions or the registration process.
7. Meeting Targets and KPIs:

Strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Regularly report progress on sales and customer interactions to team leaders or managers.
8. Customer Feedback and Reporting:

Gather customer feedback during calls to understand their needs and potential pain points.

Report customer concerns or market trends to supervisors to improve services and products.

Keep track of customer responses and objections to optimize future sales pitches and strategies.
9. Adhering to Policies and Procedures:

Follow company guidelines, policies, and legal regulations regarding sales and customer communications.

Ensure that all calls are handled with professionalism, integrity, and in compliance with the company's code of conduct.
