Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:
-
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers from a given database or leads list.

Explain the company’s products or services, promotions, and offers clearly and persuasively.

Generate leads, set appointments, or close sales over the phone depending on the campaign objectives.

Follow-up on leads or previous interactions to move them further through the sales funnel.

Inbound Calling:
-
Answer incoming calls professionally and resolve customer queries or concerns.
-
Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, policies, or order statuses.
-
Redirect complex queries to appropriate departments when necessary.

Customer Relationship Management:
-
Maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support.
-
Address customer needs and offer solutions in a courteous and efficient manner.

Record feedback, complaints, and suggestions from customers and escalate when required.

Data Entry and Documentation:
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, conversations, and outcomes using CRM or call management software.

Prepare reports on daily, weekly, or monthly performance metrics such as number of calls made, leads generated, conversions, etc.

Ensure confidentiality of customer data and adhere to data protection regulations.

Target Achievement:

Work towards individual and team targets related to calls, lead conversion, appointment scheduling, or sales.

Participate in regular training or meetings to understand product updates, sales techniques, or campaign changes.

Adapt communication strategies based on call performance analysis and customer feedback.
