Key Responsibilities

Making Outbound Calls

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, promotions, or offers.

Follow pre-prepared scripts or guidelines to maintain consistency in communication.

Generate interest in the product or service through persuasive conversation.

Collect and record customer details, requirements, and preferences for follow-up.

Attending Inbound Calls
-
Receive calls from customers seeking information or assistance.

Resolve queries, provide accurate details, and guide customers through the required processes.

Transfer calls to the appropriate department if necessary.

Lead Generation and Sales
-
Identify potential customers and qualify them as leads.
-
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and compelling manner.

Encourage customers to make a purchase or take the desired action.

Maintain records of interested prospects for future follow-up.

Customer Relationship Management
-
Build positive relationships with customers by being polite, attentive, and solution-oriented.

Handle objections effectively and provide appropriate responses to customer concerns.

Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet completed a transaction.

Data Management and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of calls made, responses received, and results achieved.

Update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with call details and outcomes.

Prepare daily or weekly reports for supervisors on call volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback.

Work towards achieving individual and team call targets, lead conversion goals, or sales quotas.

Meet deadlines for campaigns and promotional activities.

Maintain a high level of productivity without compromising quality of interaction.
