Job Description

Telecaller Executive – Tours & Travels

Call customers and explain our domestic & international tour packages.
Follow up on travel enquiries and convert them into bookings.
Promote holiday packages, visa services, and flight offers.
Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable options.
Maintain customer records and daily follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the operations team for bookings.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Good communication skills in English & Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome.
