Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling (Sales or Lead Generation):

Call potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, promotions, or offers.

Explain features and benefits clearly and persuasively.

Generate interest, schedule meetings, or convert inquiries into sales.
2. Inbound Call Handling (Support or Inquiries):

Answer incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or product details.

Resolve issues professionally or escalate complex queries to the appropriate team.
3. Lead Management:
-
Follow up on leads received through digital campaigns, referrals, or marketing events.

Maintain and update customer databases or CRM tools regularly.

Track the status of each lead and take appropriate follow-up actions.
4. Customer Relationship:
-
Build rapport with customers through respectful and engaging conversations.

Collect feedback and provide appropriate information to improve customer satisfaction.

Address customer objections or concerns calmly and professionally.
5. Sales Support:

Coordinate with field sales executives or relationship managers to support end-to-end customer handling.

Share qualified leads and help convert them into confirmed business.
6. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate call records, feedback logs, and data entry related to each customer interaction.

Generate daily or weekly call reports as required by the team leader or manager.

Highlight trends or frequently asked questions to the management team.
