Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication:

Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers using prepared scripts and data lists.

Receive inbound calls from customers with inquiries, feedback, or complaints.

Answer questions related to products, services, pricing, or company policies in a clear and polite manner.

Engage customers with a friendly tone and a positive attitude.

Sales and Lead Generation:

Explain the features and benefits of products or services to persuade customers to make purchases or sign up.

Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities by asking appropriate questions and gathering information.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and lead targets.

Upsell or cross-sell relevant products based on customer needs and preferences.

Customer Support and Problem Solving:

Assist customers with complaints, product returns, account queries, and service issues.

Escalate complex problems to supervisors or relevant departments for resolution.

Follow up with customers after initial calls to ensure satisfaction and maintain a relationship.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Update customer information in the database or CRM system accurately and in real time.

Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, sales outcomes, and follow-up actions.

Generate daily or weekly reports on call outcomes, lead conversions, and feedback.

Team Collaboration and Reporting:

Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve knowledge and skills.

Share customer feedback and market insights with supervisors and marketing teams.

Coordinate with field sales representatives, technical teams, or other departments when necessary.

Adherence to Policies and Procedures:

Follow company scripts, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection laws.

Comply with quality assurance standards, call protocols, and performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: High School (12th pass) or Graduation (preferred).

Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or customer support agent is an advantage.

Excellent verbal communication skills in the required languages (e.g., English, Hindi, regional language).

Good listening skills and the ability to handle rejection or negative feedback gracefully.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software or call center tools.

Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

Professional phone etiquette and strong organizational skills.
