Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to make outbound calls, handle customer inquiries, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound & Inbound Calling
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address customer concerns and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions for future reference.
Target Achievement & Reporting
- Work towards monthly sales or customer service targets.
- Maintain records of calls, sales, and follow-ups.
- Provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement.
Skills:
✅ Proficiency in Language: English, Hindi, regional language, etc.
✅ Strong persuasion, negotiation, and listening skills.
✅ Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (preferred).
