Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Outreach & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads to promote loan products.

Introduce the organization’s loan offerings clearly and persuasively.

Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate loan options based on their requirements and eligibility.
2. Handling Inbound Inquiries
-
Receive and handle inbound calls from customers interested in applying for loans.
-
Provide accurate information about various loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.

Guide customers through the initial steps of the loan application process.
3. Lead Qualification & Follow-ups
-
Identify qualified leads based on income level, credit profile, and other eligibility factors.

Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with interested customers to keep them engaged.

Update the CRM system with accurate records of calls, responses, and lead status.
4. Documentation & Application Support
-
Assist customers in collecting and submitting necessary documents such as ID proof, income proof, address proof, and bank statements.
-
Coordinate with the backend team or relationship managers to ensure smooth processing of applications.
-
Track the status of loan applications and keep customers informed about progress or additional requirements.
5. Customer Relationship Management
-
Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers by offering timely support and accurate information.

Handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to encourage referrals and repeat business.
6. Sales Targets & Performance
-
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and lead conversion goals.

Work closely with the sales team to meet or exceed sales performance benchmarks.

Participate in team meetings and share feedback on market trends, customer behavior, or process improvements.
