Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The primary role of a telecaller is to handle incoming and outgoing calls to customers, promote products or services, generate leads, and provide accurate information about the company’s offerings. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, a pleasant voice, and the ability to convince and engage customers over the phone.
Contact customers via phone or Dialer to collect past due accounts
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and payment agreements

Update customer account information and payment status in the system
Meet or exceed monthly collection targets
Handle customer objections and provide solutions to resolve their debts

Assist customers in setting up payment arrangements and provide follow-up
Refer complex cases to senior staff or legal team as necessary

Skills :-
Good verbal communication skills.
Patience and resilience in handling customer inquiries or complaints.

Good listening skills and empathy towards customers’ needs.
Basic computer skills for data entry and maintaining records.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales or Collections is Advantage.

Intermediate/ Graduate
Salary :
As per Industry Standard
Incentives will be provided based on the targets achieved (Rs. 1,000 – Rs. 4,000)
