Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound & Inbound Calling

Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services.

Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their queries.

Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

Provide accurate product/service information to customers.

Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Maintain a polite, professional, and friendly attitude.
3. Sales & Lead Generation (if applicable)

Convince customers to purchase products/services.

Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Data Entry & CRM Management

Update customer information in the CRM or database.
-
Keep a detailed log of calls, inquiries, and feedback.

Work closely with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.
