Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling
-
Make daily calls to prospective customers from a given database or lead list.

Explain the company’s products or services in detail and convince customers to purchase or engage.

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and preferences.

Generate interest and schedule appointments for further follow-up by the sales team if needed.

Maintain records of calls made, conversations held, and outcomes achieved.

Inbound Calling
-
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or support.

Provide accurate information related to products, pricing, availability, or policies.
-
Resolve issues within authority or escalate concerns to the relevant department.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Lead Generation and Follow-up

Identify potential leads based on initial conversations and gather contact details.
-
Build and maintain a list of interested prospects for future communication.
-
Follow up with old or inactive customers to renew interest in the company’s offerings.
-
Keep potential clients informed about promotions, discounts, or new product launches.

Customer Relationship Management
-
Build positive relationships with customers through courteous and professional interactions.
-
Collect feedback from customers to improve services or understand changing preferences.

Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Support
-
Convert leads into sales by persuading customers and handling objections effectively.

Close simple sales independently or pass qualified leads to the sales team.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships.

Reporting and Documentation
-
Maintain logs of calls made, duration, results, and customer feedback.

Submit daily and weekly reports to supervisors or team leads.
-
Participate in regular meetings to discuss performance, share feedback, and receive updates.
