We are looking for a Telecalling Executive with good communication skills to handle outbound calls and follow up with potential customers. The role involves contacting leads provided by the company and converting them into potential business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
- Explain products/services clearly to customers
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain call records
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets
- Coordinate with the team for updates and conversions
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or customer calling experience
- Good communication skills in [English / Tamil / Hindi – as applicable]
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to meet targets and work consistently
