Job Title: Telecaller 

Job Description: As a Telecaller for our interior company, you'll be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our interior design services. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain strong communication channels with clients throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our interior design services.
  • Understand client requirements and provide information about our products, services, and packages.
  • Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into potential customers.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with interested clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Uphold company values and represent the brand professionally in all client interactions.

  • Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role, preferably in the interior design or home improvement industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive abilities with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Familiarity with interior design concepts and terminology is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
