Job Summary
We are looking for a Telecaller to hire delivery boys for our company. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi and should have working knowledge of Oriya and Marathi (preferred). This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication and recruitment skills who want to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Telecalling & Recruitment
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates for delivery boy positions.
- Explain job details, salary structure, and work requirements to applicants.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Follow up with interested candidates to complete the hiring process.
Coordination & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring status.
- Assist candidates in completing necessary documents and onboarding formalities.
- Coordinate with the HR team for final selection and placement.
Work from Home Requirements
- Must have a laptop with a stable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently with self-motivation and efficiency.
