Required Tele caller to hire delivery boys. Languages required is Hindi is must and should know Oriya and Marathi is value added for hiring. Required laptop with internet connection, we have a work from home option also.

We are looking for a Telecaller to hire delivery boys for our company. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi and should have working knowledge of Oriya and Marathi (preferred). Key Responsibilities

Telecalling & Recruitment

  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates for delivery boy positions.
  • Explain job details, salary structure, and work requirements to applicants.
  • Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Follow up with interested candidates to complete the hiring process.

Coordination & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring status.
  • Assist candidates in completing necessary documents and onboarding formalities.
  • Coordinate with the HR team for final selection and placement.

Work from Home Requirements

  • Must have a laptop with a stable internet connection.
  • Ability to work independently with self-motivation and efficiency.
