Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from customers and provide them with information about products, services, or solutions.

Outbound Calls: Make calls to customers to promote products, conduct surveys, provide offers, or gather feedback.

Address Queries: Assist customers with inquiries related to their accounts, services, product availability, or technical issues.

Complaint Handling: Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and friendly manner while ensuring their concerns are addressed.

Sales and Upselling:

Lead Generation: Contact potential customers to introduce products or services, generating leads for further follow-up by the sales team.

Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services based on customer needs.

Product Promotion: Share information on promotions, discounts, and new products to persuade customers to make purchases or take advantage of offers.

Customer Satisfaction:

Feedback Collection: Solicit feedback from customers regarding their experience with products or services and document it for reporting.

Maintain Professionalism: Keep a polite, courteous, and empathetic attitude while dealing with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Follow-up: Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer issues have been resolved and to confirm that customers are satisfied with the service received.

Data Entry and Reporting:

Customer Information: Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, inquiries, issues, and resolutions using CRM or other software tools.

Report Submission: Provide daily or weekly reports to supervisors regarding call metrics, feedback, customer issues, and sales targets.

Documentation: Accurately log all service requests, sales data, and feedback from customers.

Script Adherence: Follow scripts provided by the company for different types of calls (inquiries, sales, complaints) to ensure consistent quality and messaging.

Performance Monitoring: Maintain high call quality and follow call handling procedures in accordance with company standards and policies.

Fluency in Kannada: The role requires fluent communication in Kannada, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective communication with Kannada-speaking customers.
