Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to handle outbound calls for Company. The role involves contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining Company products/services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads.
- Explain Company’s products, plans, and offers clearly and convincingly.
- Identify customer needs and pitch suitable solutions.
- Maintain daily call logs and update customer information in the system.
- Follow up with leads to convert into active customers.
- Achieve set targets for lead generation and conversions.
- Provide a high level of customer engagement and professionalism.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Confidence to handle objections and close leads.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM / MS Office).
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
- Prior experience in outbound calling / lead generation is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
