Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller - Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers by phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales or appointments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads.

  • Introduce and explain products or services clearly and persuasively.

  • Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.

2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic doubts or concerns.

  • Build rapport and trust with potential customers to improve conversion rates.

  • Maintain positive and long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.

3. Sales Conversion & Appointment Setting

  • Convince customers to make a purchase or book an appointment with the sales team.

  • Follow structured sales scripts while adapting to customer responses.

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

  • Coordinate with field sales executives to schedule follow-up visits or demos.

4. Marketing Support & Campaign Execution

  • Actively participate in telemarketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.

  • Share promotional offers, discounts, and product updates with prospects.

  • Gather customer feedback to improve marketing strategies and enhance campaigns.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align calling strategies with business goals.

5. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM/software.

  • Update customer information and classify leads as hot, warm, or cold.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

  • Provide feedback to the management team on lead quality and conversion rates.

6. Collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Teams

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.

  • Share insights about customer preferences, objections, and buying patterns.

  • Work with marketing managers to develop effective sales pitches and scripts.

  • Support product launches and promotional events through telephonic outreach.
