Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients to promote real estate properties.

Explain project details, pricing, and amenities over the phone.

Follow up on leads generated through online platforms or campaigns.

Maintain and update customer database regularly.

Schedule site visits for interested clients and coordinate with sales teams.

Handle basic customer queries and redirect complex ones to the appropriate team.

Achieve daily/weekly call and lead conversion targets.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Good communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language).

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM entry).

Ability to convince and engage customers over the phone.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Freshers welcome (0–6 months experience in telecalling or customer service).

Real estate knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.

Fixed salary + Incentives (based on performance).
