Job Title: Telecaller / Sales Executive - Real Estate
Location: Mohali, Punjab (Office-based)
Preferred Candidate: Female (Freshers to 2 years of experience)
We are seeking a motivated Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our Real Estate sales team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a client-centric approach, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients regarding real estate projects.
Explain property details and handle customer queries effectively.
Maintain client records and follow up on leads to ensure conversion.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule client site visits.
Requirements:
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of sales calling experience.
Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi, English, Punjabi preferred).
Confident, persuasive, and proactive in approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools preferred).
