Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller / Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role primarily involves making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining excellent relationships with customers. A Telecaller / Telecalling Executive plays a vital role in building brand reputation, understanding customer needs, and contributing to overall sales and service targets of the company.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Outreach

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products, services, or offers.

Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Lead Generation & Conversion

Identify sales opportunities through cold calling, reference follow-ups, and inbound leads.

Convert potential leads into active customers by explaining product/service benefits clearly.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets as set by the management.
Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and feedback in the CRM system.

Update databases with current information and ensure data accuracy.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on call performance, leads generated, and conversions.
Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when required.

Provide information on new launches, promotions, or updates to existing customers.
Team Collaboration & Continuous Learning

Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, communication, and sales techniques.

Share feedback and suggestions to improve calling strategies and customer experience.

Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi (or other regional languages as required).

Excellent listening and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.

Ability to handle rejections, objections, and difficult conversations calmly.

Persuasive and confident personality with a result-oriented approach.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, spreadsheets, email handling).

Time management, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.

Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Higher Secondary). A graduate degree will be an added advantage.

Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or call center roles preferred but not mandatory.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Office-based or hybrid telecalling setup (depending on company policy).
