Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
Waking outbound calls or taking inbound calls to/of candidates, ensure that the same are onboarded digitally or interviewed at client locations
Resolving queries and issues related onboarding process or jobs
Work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in the Recruitment/Sourcing/Sales Department.
Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Language – Hindi, English & any 1 South Indian languages must (Tamil/Kannada)
