Roles and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
Generating leads using set processes and inbound activities such as calling and follow-ups.
Promoting the project uniqueness and addressing prospect queries.
Qualifying sales leads based on eligibility criteria.
Scheduling appointments for site visits.
Direct prospects to sales team for closure.
Maintaining leads status and follow-up remarks.
Interacting with customers till closure.
Skills required :Good communication and sales capability.
Client friendly approach.
Should be energetic and a quick learner.
Command over Telugu, English, and Hindi
Target orientation and tactfulness
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Work experience as a Telecaller, Tele Marketer will be an added advantage
Exposure to the Real Estate Industry will be given preference
