Job Title:- Telecaller
Job Summary:-
We are looking for telecaller who will be primarily responsible for selling the services of the Company. He/she should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with Clients. He/she should be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. This is a goal oriented profile and doesn’t involve a field work.
Responsibilities & Duties:-
· Responsible for selling financial services to the Clients.
· Promote high-quality sales.
· Generate Potential leads.
· Resolve Client's complaints effectively and efficiently
· Understand Client’s Need for greater profits
· Build positive relationships with Clients, understand their needs and develop plans to address them
