Renewing the insurance of the customers through Telesales
Explaining the benefits & USP of TATA AIG services with flair of customer orientation
Achieving targets of Renewal %, Talk time, number of calls, productivity targets
Helping the customer with any questions/concerns
related to renewal of his Motor/Health or TW product
Strongly abiding by the Mandatory information, Quality rules
Being utmost professional, polite customer oriented in all conversation with the customers
Requirements/Preference
Person should have previous call center experience, GI insurance knowledge preferred
Preferably live in 1BHK and above, to ensure there is a work space at home
Any profile where person have worked at insurance agent in past , Please bring it to our notice, would like to scrutinize such cases.
Should have fixed wi-fi connection & stable and working laptop/desktop
Should be living in Mumbai Metropolitan Area- this is to avoid electricity cut issues
