Reports To: Operations Manager
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to handle tele calling for payment follow-ups and manage accounts receivable activities. The role requires excellent communication skills to interact with customers and ensure timely collections, while maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities Of Accounts Receivable:Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and collections.
Follow up via phone and messages on overdue invoices.
Resolve billing issues and customer payment discrepancies.
Update and maintain records of customer interactions and payment status.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Key Responsibilities Of Telecalling:Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to inform, promote, or sell products/services.
Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries or complaints.
Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
Explain product/service features and benefits clearly to customers.
12th Pass / Graduated
Freshers/ 1–3 years of experience in tele calling, collections, or accounts receivable.
Good understanding of accounts receivable and invoicing processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
English Communication Necessary
Customer relationship management
Negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and meet collection targets
