TeleCallers/Telesales Agent
Job Description
We are looking for a highly dynamic and number drove TeleCallers / Telesales Agent to help us meet our customer and revenue growth targets.
As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be taking charge to initiate the sales process for our IT/Software systems.
Our target market includes mostly SME so you should be willing to generate calling lists and perform calls from little or no data.
The right candidate must be someone enthusiastic about calling, have an understanding of the software sales process and willing to learn about our software.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create calling lists
- Initiate first calls to calls and get to the Director(s)
- Following up with prospective leads systematically
- Set up appointments for our Sales team to follow up
- Hubspot experience will be a bonus
- Ability to present the features of our system and able to do a demo of the application (Training will be provided) will be a bonus as well.
- Generate daily reports summarising prospects, appointments, and schedule
- Meeting appointment quotas and KPI which are set weekly and monthly.
Requirements:
- We have no minimum education requirements
- Must have some software sales experience
- Must be highly independent, self-motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success-driven
- Strong negotiation, organisational, and presentation skills.
- Must be able to speak fluently in English and at least 1 other language
