Job Description
Job Title: Telecalling and Sales Executive
We are hiring female candidates for telecalling and sales roles. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus. Prior experience in sales is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Telecalling Duties:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold data.

Explain the features, benefits, and advantages of the company’s products or services.

Handle incoming inquiries and follow up on customer interest.

Maintain polite and professional tone during every customer interaction.

Record call details, outcomes, and next steps accurately in the CRM or tracking sheet.
2. Sales and Lead Generation:

Convert leads into qualified sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

Set up appointments or demos for field sales representatives or senior staff.

Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling based on customer interests.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Ensure follow-up calls for feedback, payment reminders, or repeat business.

Resolve customer queries or concerns effectively, escalating issues when required.

Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and support.
4. Database and Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of leads, calls, conversions, and feedback.

Keep the CRM system updated with accurate information.

Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for submission to the supervisor or manager.

Coordinate with the back-office team for order processing, billing, and logistics follow-ups.
5. Collaboration and Team Support:

Work closely with the field sales, digital marketing, or customer service teams.

Participate in sales team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.

Share customer insights, objections, or trends with the product or marketing team.
