Job Description

Designation: Telecalling Associate

Engaging with delivery partners of Dunzo.
Handling Outbound and Inbound calls.
Understand the partner requirement and help the partner through the support processes and take feedback.
Explaining eligibility criteria of various incentive schemes designed for partners and helping partners understand new products and services.

Responsibilities and duties:

Calling active and inactive partners to increase supply hours of the city.
Addressing partners uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
Help drive retention and reactivation goals of the team by reactivating inactive partners.
Help partners understand timely changes better.
Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

Requirements:

Prior tele calling experience on outbound calls.
Knowledge of Excel to prepare reports and call sheets.
Good verbal communication with proficiency in Kannada,Tamil, Telugu and Hindi . languages is mandatory.
Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
Good interpersonal and record-keeping skills.
Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.

Education

UG: Any Graduate

PG: Any Postgraduate
