We are looking for a Telecalling cum Sales Executive to handle inbound and follow-up calls, convert potential leads into customers, and promote our products through direct sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and experience in telesales or customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Handling & Customer Engagement:
- Attend inbound calls and inquiries from potential customers.
- Follow up with warm leads and existing customers for repeat sales.
- Explain product details, benefits, pricing, and offers to interested customers.
2. Direct Sales & Conversions:
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Persuade customers to complete purchases and achieve sales targets.
- Assist customers in the order placement process and payment guidance.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers to encourage future sales.
- Address customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback collection.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and follow-ups.
- Update CRM or sales tracking systems with customer interactions.
- Report daily and monthly sales performance to the management.
