Welcome/service calls. Excellent customer service skills including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport and closing.

Identifying client requirement and updating the same in adherence to the prescribed processes.

Genuine passion for speaking to customers, answering queries and a clear communicator

Handling inbound queries from clients, answering preliminary queries and connecting them to the right coordinates based on clients requirements.

Collecting data and content from various online platforms.
